Segner's Reaction Turbine, Parent's Mill, the Scotch Turbine, the Hydraulic Tourniquet or Barker's Mill. It was probably first invented in 1760 by Andreas Segner using Hero's steam reaction turbine as a model. Water from above pours into the funnel at the top of the central rotor, pivoting freely about its axis. Projecting from the bottom of the rotor are two pipes, each closed at the end, but with a rearward-facing hole. Water spouts out of these holes, making the rotor spin.

A BLOCK OF WATER WILL 1..PUSH A PISTON HORIZONTALY, 2..( IF POSSIBLE, DROP DOWN VERTICALLY) 3..THEN RELEASE INTO PIPE TO PUSH AIR OUT, 4..THEN PULL AIR INTO PIPE AS WATER IS RELEASED 5.. THEN SURFACE CRAWLER TO BE TURNED
6..THEN ALLOW WATER TO OVER FILL ON TOP OF AIR BAGS BENEATH 7...TO START OVER AGAIN IN WHICH EVER OF THE ABOVE WORKS BEST..
8...IF THE WATER FLOW IS LOW WE WILL HAVE TO CHANNEL IT TO A NARROWER THROAT AND START OVER
9..I WOULD BE UP FOR LOOKING AT A KIND OF SCREW BLADE FOR UNDER WATER TURBINE...LIKE THE TOP DESIGN, BUT NOT AN UNDERWATER BLADE OR TIP CUTTING WATER.

If the syring is correct then it may be that you can suck out all of the OXYGEN and leave the HYDROGEN ???? how would this work...a vacume to pull oxygen ?? Would the remaining water be heavier and thicker with hydrogen or lighter and thinner.???










Because the Oxygen molecule (element) is bigger it is sucked into the needle and leaves the smaller Hydrogen molecule ( element ) ??





So if that is the case then if we use a very small needle opening only the Hydrogen can get through and the Bigger Oxygen molecule, element cannot pass through.. So we could suck out hydrogen and leave Oxygen
